Office Hours

Counseling sessions are available Tuesday - Friday by appointment only. Please note that all sessions are virtual and confidential. Sessions are conducted via telehealth (Zoom/video). A website link will be emailed to you just prior to your appointment time.

New Clients

Please complete the New Client Intake forms from our Insurance page in advance of your appointment. Please complete the forms and forward them to Elizabeth at least 2 days prior to your first appointment.

Payment

You will be billed monthly for services. Please call Laura Arnold at Puget Sound Medical Billing (425-503-6739) for billing or insurance questions. Elizabeth Bellmer is in-network with most of the major insurance carriers in Washington state. Please see the Insurance page for more information.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call (425) 406-7373 or email elizabethbellmercounseling@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance. If no cancellation notice or less than 24-hour advance notice is received, you will be billed a no-show/late cancellation fee, which insurance will not cover. No-show/late cancellation fees are the sole responsibility of the client. Thank you for your consideration.
